I'm interested in buying, how do I make a purchase?
At the moment, my website is not an ecommerce store. If you are interested in purchases, please DM or email me through my contact page. I can discuss which pieces are available and send you an invoice so we can make the transaction. Alternatively, look out for any future markets I will be attending on my Instagram as this could be a great way for you to check out the pieces before you buy them and personally choose your fave.
Do you do commissions?
Yes, I do!!
Commissions however, are a lengthy process. First I will discuss with you the required size, colours and elements and provide you with a quote. Once I have all the details, I will get to making your one of a kind piece/s. This can take anywhere between approx. 4-8 weeks. Please note that due to this process of this practice, delays and damages can occur therefore this is an estimated guide. If you are after a commission as a present, please provide me with ample time to develop your pieces.
Do you do shipping?
Yes!!! Shipping comes at a flat rate in Australia at $15 so this will be added on top of your cost. I will box up your pieces with love and care and send them on their way. International shipping may be at an increased price. These ceramic pieces are fragile but I will always do my best to make sure they arrive to you safe and sound.
What is your refund/return policy?
I have a no refund/return policy for any change of mind purchases or discounted pieces due to faults. If you have purchased a brand new piece and have noticed a fault or any exterior damage, please contact me via DM or email to sort out a potential refund or compensation!
Are these pieces dishwasher safe?
Although these pieces are dishwasher safe and can withstand high temperatures, I would not recommend putting them in the dishwasher. Each piece is unique and one of a kind, so take care of them by hand washing instead.
Why is it so expensive?
Each piece made is created with love and care. To cover the costs of materials and labour over the minimum 4 week process, each piece starts at a base rate of $24 and increases based on design, size and colour. Just know that the piece you will receive has been carefully crafted out of love and will be like no others. If this isn't quite in your budget look out for future sales and discounts as I am always updating my stock.
